White Christmas at Arizona Broadway Theater

This is our second time visiting the Arizona Broadway Theater.  What a wonderful experience!  It is located just South of Arrowhead Mall.  Tickets include dinner.  We arrived a bit early, at 11:30.  The tickets say to arrive at that time, but the doors did not open to the theater until 12:00.  Once seated you order your meal.  Curtain time was not until 2:00.  I would suggest getting there about and hour and a half, at least, before curtain time.  That will give you plenty of time to eat before the show.  The tickets say that if you arrive less than 45 minutes before the show that you might not be able to have a full meal.  The dinner was awesome!  You have several choices which are included with your tickets, however drinks are extra and there are options like additional dishes and desserts which are extra as well.  The play was wonderful!  It lasted about 2 hours and had one intermission.  The first play we say was Peter Pan and both plays awesome.  After the play the actors come out for a meet and greet and you can talk to them and take pictures with them.  I would recommend attending a play at The Arizona Broadway Theater to all families!

Welcome to my new blog!  Well I should say my family's new blog.  We want to share our experiences with finding good food and great entertainment in our day to day lives as well as when we travel.  We love to live life to its fullest and to do so in today's economy we have to make sure every dollar we spend is used wisely. We want to give you not only one perspective, but 3 perspectives on everything from dining to family fun. We are a family of 3.  My husband, Nidal is 47, today as a matter of fact.  My daughter, Emily, is 8 and I am 41.  We live in the West Valley, but love to travel all over the valley.  We just got back from a 45 minute drive to IKEA.  We got some great deals.  My daughter and husband love Legos and our main focus of the trip was to get a table where they could put up all the sets they built.  IKEA has a great deal where you can buy the top and the 4 legs and get a desk/table for as low as $19.99.  Thankfully it was put together in as little as 5 minutes.  You can't always say that for assembling any project.  We ended our day by going to a great bakery in the West Valley named "New York West" and then going to Olive Garden for my husbands birthday dinner.  The bakery is a great find and this is our second visit in as little as a week.  I think it will be quite some time before we go back.  Not because we don't like it, but the opposite.  The pastries were to die for!  My husband liked the Eclairs the best, my favorite was the canolies, and my daughters favorite was the chocolate macaroons.  Of course we have not tried everything, but give us time :)  We look forward to sharing our stories, deals and opinions with you and your family!
